A tool that builds a website for your business from what you tell it, lets you change it, and publishes it. It is in beta and invite only: it works, it is changing, and some of it will break before it is finished.

You are responsible for what your site says and for anything it collects from your customers. Check what the builder wrote before you publish it: every page is a draft until you do. You keep your sign-in link to yourself, and you use Atelier within the acceptable use policy.

What you supply stays yours, and so does the site made from it. You give us permission to store it, process it and serve it so the product can work. The stock photographs are under their own licence, and the software that builds and serves the sites is ours.

Every account gets credits each month, shared between building sites and asking the assistant for changes: a free account gets 200 in its first month and 100 after. Direct edits, such as text, colours or photographs, do not use any. If you need more, ask.

You can delete your account at any time from its settings; your sites come off the internet and your data is deleted. We can take a site down or close an account that breaks the acceptable use policy, and we will say why.

We will do our best to keep Atelier running and your sites online, and we cannot promise either without interruption during a beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to [LIABILITY CAP]. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not let us limit.
